Dog Daycare Booking Policy
We’re excited to welcome your dog to Cee’s Doggie Daycare!
To help us care for every furry friend, please take note of our booking guidelines:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Daycare placements are limited and reserved exclusively for your dog.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance Eligible for reschedule or account credit.Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking non-refundable.
Reserved bookings cannot be transferred to alternate dates unless approved.
Illness & Medical Cancellations
If your dog cannot attend due to illness or injury:
Please notify us as soon as possibleA veterinary certificate may be requested
Credits or reschedules are issued at discretion
Owners must notify us before the start of the scheduled session. Notifications after the session starts do not qualify for reschedules or credits.
Our daycare reserves the right to request supporting evidence, such as a photo or veterinary confirmation, for illness or injury claims.
Credits or reschedules may be considered if supporting evidence is provided, at the discretion of the daycare.
For safety of all dogs, visibly unwell dogs cannot attend daycare.
No-shows & Repeated CancellationsTo ensure fairness and availability for all clients,, repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking access.
Late Pick-up FeesDogs collected outside operating hours may incur a late collection fee.
Late fees apply to ensure staffing and scheduling consistency.
Emergency / Veterinary Care ClauseIn the event of illness or injury, we may seek veterinary treatment as necessary.
All associated veterinary costs remain the owners responsibility.
Termination / Right to Refuse Service
Our daycare operates on a foundation of trust, honesty, and professional relationships. To ensure the safety, wellbeing, and smooth operation of our daycare, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion in the event that an owner:Provides false or misleading information regarding their dogs health, behaviour, or any booking-related matter.
Repeatedly violates or attempts to circumvent our policies, including cancellations, no-shows, or fees.
Engages in disrespectful, aggressive or harassing behaviour towards staff, other clients or property .
Contacts staff excessively or outside of designated operating hours.
Acts in any manner that compromises trust, professionalism, or the safe operation of our daycare
All fees for services rendered up to the point of termination remain payable.
Special Circumstances
We know pets are beloved family members. If your dog passes away before a booked day, any prepaid amounts can be refunded or held as a credit for a future companion. We may require a vet certificate for a full refund.
