Dog Daycare Booking Policy
We’re excited to welcome your dog to Cee’s Doggie Daycare!
To help us care for every furry friend, please take note of our booking guidelines:
Bookings & Payment
To secure your dog’s spot, we require payment at the time of booking.
Our booking hours are Monday–Friday, 7am - 6:30pm
Discounted $50/day rate applies only to ongoing bookings of 2 weeks or more. Shorter or one time bookings are $60/day.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your booking, we’re happy to offer a reschedule.
Cancellations within 48 hours are more challenging to accommodate because your dog’s spot is reserved, but we’ll do our best to offer a future date if possible.
If your dog can’t make it due to illness, we’re happy to reschedule. A vet certificate may be required to reschedule for newcomers .
Special Circumstances
We know pets are beloved family members. If your dog passes away before a booked day, any prepaid amounts can be refunded or held as a credit for a future companion. We may require a vet certificate for a full refund.
